This session is just for women. During these sessions we will normally work on something specific whether it’s technique, footwork, range, defences or a specific kickboxing style. No egos, just hard work and positive attitudes!
You'll need to have your own set of boxing gloves for hygiene reasons. (Grab a pair online or visit our club shop page). You'll want to consider getting some shin guards for this class.
Please note we do not allow any outdoor shoes to be worn on the gym mats.
