12 random challenges will be released throughout the month of March with a set timeframe in which to complete them and provide evidence of the activity.
Challenges could involve a variety of activities from bodyweight exercises, to completing a 5km... who knows?!
In case of illness, work or injury you have the opportunity to “throw in the towel” on a maximum of 2 challenges without penalty.
If you’re successful in completing 10 or more challenges at the final bell, you’ll go from underdog to champion and receive a medal in recognition of your achievement!
