Pure boxing, without the bad habits (but for women only)! During these sessions we will normally work on something specific whether it’s technique, footwork, range, defences or a specific boxing style. No egos, just pure boxing and positive attitudes!
These sessions are specifically designed for women who suffer from anxiety, low confidence or depression, delivered in partnership with Active Sussex.
We would prefer you to have your own set of boxing gloves for hygiene reasons. (Grab a pair online or visit our club shop page). However, we can lend you some gloves to use for the session.
Please note we do not allow any outdoor shoes to be worn on the gym mats. Therefore, shoes must be removed before the class. You may train in bare feet or change into trainers or boxing boots that have not been worn outside.
