During these sessions we will normally work on something specific whether it’s technique, footwork, range, defences or a specific boxing style.
You will be provided with pads to use during the class, but please bring your own boxing gloves. Please arrange a partner to work with in advance.
Currently our boxing classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, as there is no sparring due to social distancing. You’ll be notified if this changes. You do not need any boxing experience, but your own gloves are essential!
