An opportunity for our young boxers & HYROX/DEKA athletes to be recognised for their progress.
Children will be assessed on their technical ability and understanding of the next grade in our boxing or HYROX syllabus. A copy of the grading syllabus is available from the gym.
Each child who successfully passes will receive a trophy and certificate in recognition of their achievement. No child is guaranteed a pass.

The HIIT BX Academy grading event is an exciting opportunity to test and showcase your progress in either Boxing or Hyrox training. This grading allows participants to demonstrate the skills and endurance they've built, helping them gauge their improvement and set new personal goals. Successfully passing the grading will earn you a certificate, a trophy, and eligibility to wear the next colour grade T-shirt, symbolising your advanced level within the academy.
