A female only kickboxing focused class, with elements of K1 kickboxing. During these sessions we will combine kickboxing techniques with a fitness workout whilst guiding you through the basics of the kickboxing syllabus. A chance to master the fundamentals before progressing to advanced techniques, or a just a great workout!
You will be provided with your own set of equipment to use during the class, as there will be no sharing of equipment or partner work due to Covid-19. You will however need your own set of boxing gloves for hygiene reasons. (Grab a pair online or visit our club shop page). Shin guards are optional.
Currently our kickboxing classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, as there is no sparring or partner work due to social distancing. You’ll be notified if this changes. You do not need any kickboxing experience, but your own gloves are essential!
Please note we do not allow any outdoor shoes to be worn on the gym mats. Therefore, shoes must be removed before the class. Please train in bare feet.
